The Night of Power is a night praised by the Quran, because the Night of Power is the night the Quran descended.
If the Quran had not been revealed, the universe and existence and every type of creation would have remained as magic or as a riddle whose secret could not be known. It was revealed on the Night of Power as a textbook on the knowledge of creation. Thus, the Night of Power is the night that brought meaning to the universe.
The Night of Power is a "center-of-gravity night." Allah put all the power of his sacred words in this night. On this night the Quran came down to the sky of the world with its holy weight and as a whole. The seven-color rainbow of revelation covered the world's horizon and the night like the clouds of a spring rain which brings abundance and like a mercy.
The weight of each day is in the night; the weight of all nights is in the Night of Power. For this reason, the Night of Power is the center of gravity of life and creation.
While the Muslim's heart is repaired again and again in the hands of fasting which distributes health, and while the new moon of the lower soul wanes more and more as the Ramadan moon waxes, such a night comes that the soul resembles a corpse which has been washed in hot water that took away the dirt of this world. The Night of Power is the night the angels that wash it descend to our world.
The Night of Power is a night when even the heaviest illness becomes light, when Believers who go beyond this world fly with the lightness of a bird, and when an abundance falling from the sky suddenly enriches the tables of the poor.
The nights also have an imam. The imam of nights is the Night of Power which carries the greatest imam, the Holy Quran, in its heart.
O Night of Power, which is hidden from eyes, but which is apparent to hearts! While ringing like the most accurate and infallible clock in the heart of time, embroider one more time the indelible print, the indestructible work and immortal sound of revelation over my country!
Bring the untarnishable sun once again, O Night of Power!
In order to find you, if it was necessary for the heart that knows to fall into the desert, it would have fallen. If it had to stay under ice at the poles for a thousand years to get you, it would have. But you come yourself. It is enough to search with a purified heart in order to find you. You come, yourself, like the purest mercy.
You come like a grant from Allah, like a gift from the Prophet, like a sound from the Sahaba, like a memory from the martyrs, like knowledge from the imams.
The Night of Power is a night of benefit, a night of decision, a night of judgment.
